These terms apply to every visit and purchase on laurentwell.com, operated by Laurent Well. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. USING OUR STORE
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We work to show every product, color and detail accurately, but screens vary and small differences can occur. Product images may include styled or lifestyle scenes. Our products are for general comfort and relaxation and are not medical devices. Please read each product's safety notes and consult a doctor if you have a medical condition.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

4. ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the order looks fraudulent, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel after you pay, you get a full refund.

5. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discounts apply only during their stated dates and cannot be combined unless we say so. Promotions have no cash value and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Laurent Well name, logo, text, images and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Laurent Well is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

9. PRIVACY
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

11. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
