Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Order total under $35: $4.99 standard shipping, 5 to 10 business days
Order total $35 and over: FREE standard shipping, 5 to 10 business days

WHERE WE SHIP
Laurent Well currently ships to addresses within the United States.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 5 to 10 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Arrival dates shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees, since carrier delays can occasionally happen.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
To receive your order by Christmas, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holiday.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

ORDERS WITH SEVERAL ITEMS
Items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link. You are never charged extra shipping for this.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, email supportlaurentwell@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only before the order ships.
